Even with the promise of money to bailout Greece and support the banking system there was not much of a pop in the European Stock market to give me any faith. Entire weekly bar is below 50 week MA, RSI below 50, and broke through the lower resistance line. I will not be putting any money in the I-Fund at work or European stocks.
