This index and the I-Fund as we call it in the TSP retirement account is in a full fledged down trend. It closed below the 50 week MA and the entire weekly trading bar for this week, May 10-14, closed below the 50 week MA. The RSI is below 50. What this means is that this index is in a free fall and shorting stocks in this fund is a very good bet.
