Well I had a good day and a bad day. Let’s start with the good.
First thing in the morning, the S&P500 gapped up to the 1150 mark and I was willing to bet that it was not going to hold on based on past performance. So I bought another 100 shares of SPXU @ 9:30am giving me a total of 200 and then placed a quick sell order on it in hopes of making a quick 100. Perfect move, by 10:38am I sold that 100 shares, plus the other 100 I had purchased a few days prior for a total profit after commission, $92.93. Sweet !
Now the bad. Just about every stock I had with the exception for two went down Friday. JASO hurt me the most backing off it’s gains 7.5% but my stop loss was not hit. SIFY, my little gamble took a 5.34% shot, but my stop loss was not hit. TLB gave up 1.3% and my other two stocks barely squeaked out a .31% and .12% gain. Not a very good day overall for me. With that said, I’m still in the money with them all combined, but I gave up big ground from Thursday to Friday.
$92.93 realized profit today. October realized gain = $92.93 AVG = $92.93 a day. Personal goal = $50 a day. 1 of 21 trading days for October complete.
Unrealized and still holding:
JASO - $38
SCS - $94
SIFY - ($140)
TLB - $88
TTM - $28
