I deserved this, plus I worked for it.

Well today is the second day in row I got a nice pop in my Portfolio. My portfolio popped another 52% in unrealized profit. LVS was on fire today up $1.55 a share which doubled my profit in one day.  FFIV was also up $1.71 but the difference in price per share and how many shares I own make this look not as big, but I will take. When you look at the overall market and what my stocks did today, I’m very pleased. The market was flat with basically no gain. The one thing that shows me a little concern is that Advance decline line is flattening out or in a wave. Today decliners won the day 1616 vs 1377.

FFIV or F5 Networks beat it’s quarter estimates by .07cents a share and in the aftermarket it shot up to $107 then settles to $104. It closed at 4pm at $102, so what happens in the morning is a hopeful push northward. No matter what direction she takes, I have a stop loss order in place to protect myself. Technically I thought I made the right move, so really there is no hope involved.

$0 realized profit today. October realized gain = ($1174.75) AVG = ($65.27) a day. Personal goal = $50 a day.  18 of 21 trading days for October complete.

Unrealized and still holding: $1459

FFIV – $34

KOG – $156

LVS - $647

PTEN – $31

PWE – $41

SBUX – $0

SCCO - $550
