October is done, where does time go?

After looking at the futures last night and again this morning, I really thought that the market was going to be down and my stocks were going to tank. I was a bit tempted to turn on the news and start to listen what was driving the market and then I thought better of it. So I went back to reading and analyzing my charts and put CMT on the TV.

At 4pm, I came to two conclusions, 1 – I hope KOG hangs on until next Thursdays earnings report because it is showing all the signs that it is a sell. LVS is Awesome !

A few notes, October was one of my worst months and one of my best. I locked in via stop loss orders, 10% gains in FFIV and LVS. Also locked a 4% stop loss gain in SCCO. The rest of my positions have stop loss orders but not in the money.

Today my unrealized profits once again went up by 8.8% or $191. LVS was the main driver for that gain. I have no money left to invest, but the next few days I spend trying to figure out, would I invest in the market next week, is there anything I would buy, or would I buy the stocks that I currently own? I also spent part of the day today updating my entire year so I would no were I stood. I will post that sometime this weekend.

$0 realized profit today. October realized gain = ($1174.75) AVG = ($55.94) a day. Personal goal = $50 a day.  21 of 21 trading days for October complete.
