Vacation, Pain, and I’m still scared.

Being on vacation is great, but trying to keep up with me stocks is impossible. Trying to make money is impossible. Next time, I just might sell everything before I leave so I have nothing to watch, sweat, of trade. Perfect opportunity to short the S&P500 was lost @ 10:41am. Damn!

I got bounced out of 3 of 5 positions today, but it should have been 4 and that 4 one is going to cost me maybe.

First my gamble in SIFY. I be the first to admit that I watched this to long before I got in because I was chicken to pull the buy trigger and then when I did, I think I was behind the power curve. I still had at least 2 opportunities to sell for a profit but I was trying to chase it with the 5 day ma and not watch it closely while on vacation.  I got bounced at a the tune of a (250.03) loss but if my stop loss would not have fired, I would be down 600. Ouch!

The next two position that I got bounced out of I had chased uphill but just not long enough to make any significant monies. I made 7.99 on TLB and lost (8.02) on SCS. Basically a wash.

Now my bad news. JASO at one time was up $345 and now I’m down (150). This has happened to me a few times where my stop limit order was not executed in a timely manner. I had it activated at 8.57 to sell at 8.47 and it just blew right through that. I should have been limited to a $44 loss. Stock price 8.21 and not looking very promising. I will have to review this position for supports to see if I should hang on, or just sell it first thing market opens.

TTM is still hanging on and it actually went up .02 cents a share.

($250.06) realized profit today. October realized gain = ($157.13) AVG = $(78.56) a day. Personal goal = $50 a day.  2 of 21 trading days for October complete.

Unrealized and still holding:

JASO - ($180)

TTM - $30
