The S&P500 is green as is the Dow30 and European Index. The Small Cap and the Nasdaq are firing their 3rd red and by the rules I should pull all funds out of the Small Caps. I’m going to give the Small Cap until Monday to reverse and if it is still red, I will pull my funds from the S-fund. As for the C and the I, I will stay in those funds until new signals are fired.
TSP distribution: G-fund 10%, C-fund 40%, S-fund 40%, I-fund 10%
