S&P 500 and C-fund are safe. There are no warnings. Frist warning would be 1815 and sell down near 1740.
Small Cap and S-fund is safe with no warnings. First warning would be 987.17 and sell near 938.
International Index and I-fund is safe with no warnings. First will be 66.11 and sell is near 64.90
Bonds and F-fund are still in the early stages of a buy signal and upturn. On this daily chart the buy signal fired on January 10th and confirmed on the 13th. So far price movement is holding up to confirm that buy signal. I will not enter until the monthly fires and you can see that mark in purple on the chart above. Price must cross above 107.86 for me to enter.
Overall market action was not that great, but we did end the day with a gain.
