Small Cap closed above the green CBL buy line today. Tomorrow if price holds at or above $1131, which is the CBL line, then the Small Cap is officially a buy. The C-fund is still a buy as is the bonds. The I-fund is still a sell or hold, but it is very close to the buy line. Very close.
Stock Market appears to be on a roll. Let’s hope the trend continues.
