Today the Small Cap had another really good day. Price closed above that ever so important level of $1064. Price also closed above the green CBL buy line of $1067. So all price has to do is hold at or above the green CBL of $1067 tomorrow by 11:30am and we drop the sell signal and show it as a buy on all 3 charts, daily, weekly, and monthly.
One more thing. The International Index was within .18 cents over firing a buy signal on the daily chart. Tomorrow could be the day that actually happens.
