The first two weeks of February have been extraordinary. Looking at last years numbers and where we are now, I would not expect to much more in the way of higher numbers. But after what we saw in the Small Cap this week, maybe just maybe it is time for it to lead!
Record highs on the Small Cap and S&P 500 again today.
