The Small Cap or S-fund. Closing price was above the 10 period moving average, so the S-fund is a buy/hold.

The International or I-fund, Closing price was above the 10 period moving average, so the I-fund is a buy/hold.

Bonds or F-fund. Closing price was above the 10 period moving average, so the F-fund is a buy/hold.

No change for me. I will stay 34% S, 33% C and 33% I.
