I'm not a professional trader but when I do trade, I trend trade.
Based on what I see at 10:40am and the action of the Advance Decline issues, I will be staying in the market and not bailing to the G-fund.
TSP distribution: G-fund 20%, C-fund 40%, S-fund 40%
