Making a move!

Well looks like the head fake on the Small Cap was real and I got rope-a-doped! What might be a not so smart move based on us banging off of high’s, I’m going to make a move here at the end of the month of April. That will leave me my two moves for May. I’m going to making a move into Small Caps and International equally but I do have concerns.

First concern is obvious, we are bouncing off of high’s. Second, May! yes May has been very mean month the last 3 years. Third, bonds continue to creep up in price which means someone thinks we need to be safe. So there are big risk entering here but prices continue to rise, so I will follow my charts and not my gut and see where the chips fall.
