That was a very ugly week and it turned into a very ugly month. What I want to do is look first at the monthly charts and give a long term view. Because this is the weekend or the end of the month that you are suppose to make long term decisions. I will take each of the 4 funds, C,S,I, and F and tell what they say to do Monday. Then I will look at the short term daily charts and do the same thing. I think you will see, they are entirely different.
President Obama spoke on TV this weekend about Syria and the chemical weapon that were used and what he feels we should do as a country in response. I fear that once again we are going to get drawn into some of country’s crap. Personally, I’m getting tired of the United States being the policeman of the world. It’s tiring. I believe there might be a near term knee jerk in the markets to the downside. Specially if we start firing missiles.
