What has changed since yesterday? Both the C and S fund on the daily charts just fired a short term daily Sell. The Monthly levels that normally indicate buy or sell are under attack also. We have been here before. I will still wait until 1/30/15 to make my decision to make any changes.
Side note: International looks like it may have found a bottom. It is holding strong through our current draw down in the US. Bonds continue to rise.
