I bet you were not expect to see all that green on the chart!! The only index that got crushed and took me with it, was the Small Cap. YTD numbers are pretty dismal compared to last years gravy train, but every year can’t be 20 to 30% years. I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Remember the goal and then take a breath. No double digit losses in any 12 month period and looking to keep every 12 month cycle at 7% or more. In other words, the PIP number that is reported in you TSP account monthly. My last one was 16.91. Sometime next week, the new PIP number should be out.
