Conclusion: The Small Cap or S-fund is the new buy for the month of May 2016. So we have the C, S, and F all buys and the I-fund still a sell. I did make my move Friday and my distribution is now, 34% C, 33% S, and 33% F. I will post a separate blog post on the daily charts.
