Hello TSP peeps. At the end of today, I think no matter what the I-fund will be a monthly buy. Also without a doubt, the C and the S will remain a monthly buy. So I will change my setup to S-34%, C-33%, and I-33%. What would stop me? The current 10 period moving average for the I-fund is $58.00. The current price of the I-fund is $59.54. So unless price falls below $58 or takes a 2.6% drop by 11:30am, I will make the change.
Above is the monthly chart for the I-fund. The little green arrow on the chart to the far right is telling me to buy. The next positive here is that at least the moving average is moving uphill. My only concern is that resistance level at $60.17. If price does break through that level, I feel we will get a nice run uphill.
